Eurythmy performance “The Prophecy of Christmas”

Wings of Sound Eurythmy Ensemble will present the Prophecy of Christmas, a celebration made visible through speech and  music.

Adam and Eve’s Breakfast

December 24th at 7.30 a.m at the Michael Centre, 37A Wellington Park Drive, Warranwood 3134. A time to inwardly prepare for Christmas, a wonderful start to the festive season. The ‘eating of the apple’ is redeemed by Mary and Jesus. Even becomes Ave (Maria) while Christ is the second Adam. A play, directed by Clare Strahan, a short introduction by Lynne Klugman, followed by community carol singing and breakfast. Please bring a plate to share. No cost.

Choreocosmos workshops with Robert Powell

www.sophia-australis.org.  28th December-8th January at the Michael Centre. Three workshops and an Astrosophy Conference. Experience the movements of the stars (zodiac and planets) on the earth. Robert was first brought to Melbourne four years ago by Lynne Klugman and is now sponsored by the Sophia Community of Australia.

A visit by Arthur Zajonc

Former leader of the Anthroposophical  Society of America and Professor at Amherst College. Arthur is a leading figure in meditative work in tertiary education and has worked closely with the Dalai Lama. He will give a lecture: The Heart of Higher Education, The Fulbright Alumni Association, University of Melbourne, on 27th January at 4.30 p.m. and give a workshop on meditation at the Michael Centre on 28th and 29th January.
