2026 Leadership Intensive
11 & 12 SEPTEMBER, 2026
ST MARY’S ABBOTSFORD CONVENT, ABBOTSFORD, MELBOURNE
“Leading together is integral to collective wellbeing because it is about us. A collective doesn’t lose me, or just involve me, but encompasses my contribution to become our collective contribution, through carefully planned purpose translated into action. Deciding to do things together is the ultimate purpose of schooling.” (Grice.2026)
You are invited to join us in Melbourne for the 2026 Leadership Intensive. During the two days we will be unpacking what this means for you as a leader, reflecting on our social and educational ideals within our Steiner context. Drawing on Steiner-based and contemporary resources on leadership, this intensive will be looking at leading a healthy culture of trust and well-being for sustainable leadership, and roadblocks and tension points, through experiential, artistic and group discussions.
The program is open to current and former participants of the Steiner Education Australia Leadership Development Program, as well as current school leaders and leadership team members, new and emerging leaders, and anyone interested in school leadership.
The Leadership Intensive will be facilitated by Dr Virginia Moller, Libbi Turner, Kelley McGlashan.
Cost: $680+GST
The days will run from 9am – 4pm both days.
